When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST may ship that day, however most orders ship the next business day.

Can I get tracking information for my order?

For UPS orders, tracking information is typically available one business day after the order ships. If you do not receive an email from us with tracking information, please contact us and we will provide it to you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

If you wish to ship to a PO box, please select USPS as your shipping option at check out. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, as long as your zip code is covered by UPS ground or 3-Day Select, or USPS Priority/First Class.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
